A Residual Pressure Valve is a must when turning brakes are installed in line with rear disc brakes. The Residual Pressure Valve prevents bleed off of the disc brake calipers. Turn reaction times are faster with less movement of the levers. The valve can be installed at the master cylinder or in line between the master cylinder and turning brake assembly. Metric 10 x 1.0 thread for use with stock VW master cylinders. The Residual Pressure Valve also works well in drum brake applications giving you a firmer pedal with less travel required to stop the car.
