SUPER 9's are over 4 inches taller than standard sedan air filter. SUPER 9's are tall enough to cover 6-inch velocity stacks for even greater horsepower increases. SUPER 9's can be used to replace the standard height air filters used in CB carburetor and injection kits. Longer mounting studs are available to securely mount the filter to your existing CB air cleaner base. SUPER 9's are performance perfect for use in sand buggies and open framed cars. Installation of SUPER 9" Air Filters in VW sedans requires the use of Hood Stand-offs.

Complete SUPER9" Air Filter Assemblies include aluminum base, top, air filter, and hardware. These complete filter assemblies allow you to install SUPER 9" filters directly onto Weber IDF or Dellorto DRLA carburetors. These SUPER 9" Air Filter assemblies are a natural for hot street machines, drag race cars and sand buggies.

I love this filter, it is a good quality filter and the base and top plate are also great quality that I expect from CB. The only problem that I have is that with this filter and the 6" CB velocity stacks is that the studs on the Carburetor are not long enough to go through both the bottom plate and the velocity stacks. I will have to machine the bottom of the base plate down in order to be able to fit the mounting nuts to hold down the velocity stacks. Other than that the quality of the product is great and shipping was fast. Just an FYI for you to think about. Thank you.
