"Just installed one on a Manx buggy with a 1915. Driveability increased, power increased and fuel economy increased. The owner wasn't much into programming the distributor so we went for a drive around the neighborhood a few times. All in all it took about 45 minutes to install and about 20 minutes to fine tune the spark table to his car. He had some really big rear tires with a stock geared trans. The engine had little vacuum at cruising. But since you can configure the load ranges for the spark table, tuning was simple. The owner was amazed how smooth the car drove after we tuned the spark table. I asked him what he wanted the high rpm rev limiter set to and he said 5500 rpm because he doesn't drive the car very hard. Next day he asked to have it raised to 6500 because he kept hitting it!"
