We took the best pulley out there and made it better!

Manufactured from a solid billet of T-6 Aluminum, anodized black, with the original style of a stamped steel OEM pulley. USA Made by CB Performance to original VW specifications and standards. You can keep your stock size fan belt and not worry about proper fit. Now with timing marks and numbers at 0, 5, 10, 20, and 30 degrees. We have even added a line at BDC for ease of valve adjusting! CNC precision machined to spin true for that stealth high performance engine.

Measures 7" in diameter - Fits all Type 1 & 2 Engines (36 HP to 1600cc)

This pulley dimensions are very close to stock,  in that it runs the belt very close to the engine, and pulley lip runs close to the lower tin.  If you use a bypass / larger oil pump,  the tin will hit this pulley and damage it.   You either have to shim the pulley out about 1/8th of an inch,  or you need to trim and grind oil pump cover for clearance.    Some other manufactured pulleys acknowledge this and have moved the pulley lip out a small distance for clearance.
