Precision-Engineered Crank Trigger Wheel Kit for CMI Precision Machining 6.75" Crank Pulleys (Type-1).

Transform your engine management with this premium 36-1 tooth crank trigger wheel system. Manufactured by the Dub Shop from 304 stainless steel, it mounts to the backside of the pulley using supplied hardware and pre-drilled/tapped mounting holes.

Perfect for performance builds, race engines, and EFI conversions where precise timing control is critical.

NOTES: Modification to the engine breast plate tin is required to allow installation of the crank sensor. Blue thread lock is recommended for Trigger Wheel mounting screws (6).

Hall Sensor Wiring:
Brown - 5-24V Input
Blue - Sensor
Ground Black - Output Signal

Pullup Resistor Required on some applications (Input to Signal).

5v (1k) 9V (1.8k) 12V (2.4k) 16V (3k) 24V (3k)

With the Holley Terminator X, a pull up resistor is NOT required when a 12-volt supply is used.

Installation
1) On a flat surface, align the pulley keyway to the Right
2) Place your trigger wheel spacer on pulley prior to trigger wheel
3) Place trigger wheel with missing tooth to bottom right (see product images)
4) Apply blue thread locker to the bottom ¼” of mounting screws (6)
5) Loosely install all mounting screws before tightening
6) Tighten screws in a crisscross pattern until all are evenly tightened
