6th Annual Vee Dub Open House!
The Classic Weekend tradition continues

Without question, when VW Classic rolls around VW enthusiasts automatically know that they're heading to Vee Dub Parts Unlimited in Huntington Beach Friday morning - the first event on the VW Classic Weekend schedule. This annual car show, open house, and free barbecue has grown every year since it started in 2005, and without a doubt 2010 was the biggest yet! With cars starting to show at 9:00 a.m., the crew from CB Performance set up a booth to display their latest products, and the Vee-Dub parts staff fired-up the barby and began cooking over 100 pounds of the best Hawaiian-style ribs you'll ever taste, complete with matching salad, drink and dessert! By noon the parking lot was packed, as Classic weekend visitors stopped by to grab lunch, check out all the other cars, and pick up a part or two at the sale inside the store. As VDPU owner Greg Moddelmog put it, "Come by to fill your belly, and save your money for the swap meet on Sunday!" It's also a great way to start the Classic weekend, which continued Friday evening with the DKP Cruise at Nick's Burgers in Fullerton.
