Turbo Inlet Air Filters are constructed of sturdy, washable mesh gauze with rubber mounting neck and top. They should run fully oiled in every application. They provide un-restricted air flow and improved CFM over paper elements, which translates into more HP and improved performance.

Good looking air filter. Works perfect on my 2" air intake. If you are looking for a small air filter, this one is definitely small  :)
