The Low Profile Manifold smooths out the carburetor to intake valve shock wave to reduce "fuel stand off". You'll get full range, smooth performance and a solid gain in top end performance with the new Low Profile Manifold. The Low Profile Manifold can be used on all upright VW engines from 1966. Each manifold is shipped with all weather heat risers to give you year round drive-ability (see diagram above). Works with all Dellorto DRLA series carburetors as well as Weber IDF models.
